Fit & Flourish

An autonomous creative loop with a human on the kill switch

Let the machine test creatives. Let a person decide what ships.

The problem

Creative testing is where ad budgets go to die. Humans are slow to make variants and slower to admit a favorite isn't working.

The loop

The pipeline pulled performance by creative from the Meta Ads API daily. Deterministic rules decided which ads to pause and where budget should move. When the pool needed new variants, a generator produced copy and image candidates. A multimodal supervisor checked them against brand and policy rules. Then a human looked at them in Discord and approved what could spend money. Only approved creatives deployed.

That review step is the whole design. The machine could generate and evaluate all day. It could not spend a dollar on something a person hadn't seen.

Outcome

The launch waitlist campaign produced 40,000 leads, with cost per lead falling from about $2.19 to about $0.29. Alongside it I built the survey automation, referral system, e-commerce, and tracking, and a camera-to-3D-body sizing calculator that I still think was the coolest thing we shipped.

What I'd do differently

Instrument attribution from day one so the numbers audit themselves.

Fit & Flourish, in twenty-five seconds

Fit & Flourish ran a creative loop that generated ad variants, killed the losers daily, and moved the budget, but nothing spent a dollar until a person approved it in Discord. 40,000 waitlist leads at 29 cents each.
